About

Growing up, I was deeply immersed in sports like soccer, cross country, and track, which taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. My journey later led me to serve as a member of the military, where I developed resilience and leadership skills that continue to shape who I am today. Over the years, I expanded my passion for fitness as both a CrossFit and jiu-jitsu coach, blending structured training with a focus on mental toughness. These experiences have equipped me with the tools to guide others, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Turning Point

My turning point came when I was in middle school and tried out for a sports team but didn’t make the cut. It was devastating. At that moment, my enemy wasn’t the coach or even my skills—it was my own self-doubt. I started believing that I wasn’t good enough, that I wasn’t capable of succeeding in anything that mattered to me.

But instead of letting that failure define me, I made a decision: I would work harder and learn everything I could about resilience and growth. I found mentors, practiced relentlessly, and realized that the key to improvement wasn’t perfection but persistence.

That turning point taught me how to face challenges head-on and helped me see the power of having a supportive guide who believes in you. Today, as a coach, I bring that same energy to the kids I work with, helping them conquer their own “enemies”—whether it’s self-doubt, fear of failure, or lack of confidence—so they can achieve their goals and discover their true potential.

Motivation & Passion

As a kids’ coach, my purpose is to empower young individuals to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and discover their unique potential through fun, engaging activities. I am passionate about serving kids who are eager to grow, explore their talents, and learn how to overcome challenges in a supportive and encouraging environment. My motivation comes from seeing the joy in a child’s eyes when they achieve something they thought was impossible and knowing that I’ve played a part in shaping their confidence and resilience for the future.
